...I cannot decide on a sock pattern. The info I have from my pal is that she would prefer tall socks that are more textured than lacy. There are a few I like in Knitting Vintage socks, but I don't have it in the budget to buy another book.
So far I've narrowed it down to these.

In the meantime, I'm knitting what I can with my last ball of lopi, and I've cast on a green odessa to hold me until Friday. :)
